[OPEN] Stuck equipment and stuck patient in IM diagnostic room

2 bugs to report; i believe they are related (stuck equipment and patient):

Description:
Stuck equipment in diagnostic room.

Examination table and equipment cupboard in both diagnostic rooms are in use, but no patient or doctor is actually going to use the room. This deadlocks the entire IM department hospitalization, as no interviews can be completed. Closing the department sometimes helps, once all patients have been evacuated (very time consuming and costly).

Description:
Stuck patient.

IM department has been closed and all staff have left. All patients have been evacuated except for 1, who has not been evacuated for over a day. Examination table in the IM observation room is still 'in use' even though the department is closed, all staff have left and all patients evacuated except for stuck patient (who is still manually marked for evac).

Looking at the first save, the exam tables are still reserved by patients sent away, so good news is that they will get cleared over midnight. We'll keep investigating and have a look at the second game.
