[NEW] cant remove chair and personnel stuck filling up food.

Two problems (see the savefile)

I have a nurse stuck in the observation room, ground floor next to the tc. (picture 1). Cant remove a chair which was part of an old office around 40 days ago.

I had the same issue but it occurs in many different rooms over time.

I had the same issue with an X-ray machine and a technician. Both were marked as in use but with no patient. I couldn't find anyone trying to use the room and the tech had no patients assigned to her. I got the tech out of "performing procedure" only by firing her, but the x-ray machine was stuck permanently marked green for in use, even after deleting the room designation. I had  to reload an older save.
