It won't let me buy anymore staff no matter the location or time. Attached saved game and log

It seems like you have reached the maximum staff limit.

On the left bottom is a number 200/200. Fire some unnecessary staff and your good to go.

Can be tweaked apparently, but some might think that’s cheating! It’s mentioned on Steam I believe?

Hi, while we need to be really careful about hardware requirements etc. when changing these global values, feel free to use a mod that increases the limit:
