I can see a stretcher moving alone without personnal with it ?

I saw this today, also. It was a nurse stealing stretchers from inside an inaccessible area. As she stole and used each one, she abandoned it on the first floor below where it was originally positioned on the fourth floor, and I deleted it. Once all of the stretchers were stolen, she presumably began using one of the plentifully provided ones outside that area, but I do not know for certain. Nor did I find it amusing. I wanted slap her silly face.
