Stretcher stuck no way to delete it

Afternoon,

While playing I noticed I could not remove one of the stretchers, not even after closing the hospital (fire everybody, send away all patients).
I tried to go back in time using older saves and I found a save where the problem starts. Seems a patient already left but the games tries to send her away with the black ambulance anyway. In the savegame you see the stretcher moving towards Internal Medicine before it gets stuck in there.

Is there any way I can delete the stretcher? Many thanks.

Hi! I am afraid your game is heavily modded so we cannot debug it and reproduce it. It is quite possible that the bug has occurred because of the mods.

If you encounter a similar issue without mods in the future, please let us know.
