[QUESTION] Sections of the outer walls are missing

I have a hospital with multiple floors. When moving the camera one level above some floors, some sections of wall of the floor(s) below are missing.



Another thing to notice is that I am able to put concrete pavement on the first floor, without having any foundations. Not sure if that is a bug or not though.

The walls are not visible - because the roof over the first floor is not exactly roof - if you will dynamite this two sections in the second floor - you will destroy foundation areas and walls become visible. But you will not be able to place "roof tiles" there, because in Project Hospital "roof" refers only to flooring over the top floor.

Regarding the concrete pavement - it is ok, because it refers to exterior placed tiles
