[NEED MORE INFO]Sending to ICU Still Broken

Screen shot, save file, and log. Two beds available in ICU but game says none available. Nurses available in ICU. Both transfer nurses in GS busy, but hiring two more for that task leaves them idle.

Hi, thank you for reporting this one. The ICU actually works. If you remove the ICU hospitalisation from the collapsing patient it will be prescribed immediately and they will transfer the patient.
Do you by any chance remember if you prescribed the ICU for the patient?And if so when was it? Before the collapse?

I did prescribe ICU for the patient, as soon as they collapsed and I was sent the message that they had collapsed. Under those circumstances I always send the patient to TC if they are not already hospitalized. Most of the time the game sends those to TC, but sometimes I overrides me and sends them to ICU. I usually transfer out hospitalized patients who collapse because they are suffering from some heart ailment that won't get treated in time in ICU so they die. This time the hospitalized patient was not suffering from anything that required an operation so I thought he could get treated in my hospital before he died. So I sent him to ICU, or tried to. Then the game said he could not go there so I transferred him out. It did the same thing a while later with someone who needed to go to HDU from normal ward, again with beds actually available (no faces displayed over them in management mode).
Also, sometimes when I prescribe the defibrillator for heart failure, it uses the defibrillator but does not remove the prescription, resulting in a duplicate treatment at a later time.
Perhaps in my original case, the game could say "patient is already queued for ICU" instead of "there are no beds available".
And again, looking at both issues above, it is perhaps the case that the feedback to the player is lagging behind the game's decisions so that the player is attempting to duplicate effort and getting confused.
