here you see i cant see any patients because test size text appears  all fields - its should been a infomation what happening and move patients to top
its Urgent but not breaking gameplay atm

Hi and thank you for your report. Can you please upload your save file? This is caused by a hidden error and from the save we can determine what went wrong.

Hi and thank you for the save. Unfortunately thanks to mods I am unable to open it. Can you please disable the mods, and try to open the surgery table without them? I am unable to reproduce it, so this could be related to one of the mods.

how  do disable them? - there no way to enable or disable within game - i have to unscribe them? or what?

Yes, you have to unsubscribe them. Then restart the game to be sure it will take effect.
