[NEW LOW] Patients don't visit hospital (Day 3)

Day 3, just a normal dayshift.
But there is no patient coming, while Day 1 & 2 there was no problem at all.

I know some hospitals have a bad reputation, but this is kinda weird.

Day 4:

Patients do come back again without any changes in the building.
Don't know what happened here.

Workaround - just re-contract both insurance companies and patient will start to visit the hospital next day
