[OPEN] Budget window math incorrect

The total cashflow at the bottom right of the budget window doesn't properly include all of the other categories. It does properly include Building costs (and I believe events), but does not include "ambulances" and "other".



Total cashflow in the above case should be $6134, not $6834.

Hi, thanks for spotting this! After a bit of investigation it looks like the problem is with the order of paying for ambulance maintenance + interest and computing the 'Total' value over midnight.
Hopefully a fix will be already included in the next minor patch (but it's something we'll need to test very carefully as there's a lot of important systems linked to this).
