The website states that the files are too big even though its only 3.01mbs and the max is 29.766mbs.

Hi, what exactly did the message say? There's a quota per user, maybe you've hit that - in that case we can try to delete some attachments from older resolved bugs etc. (or, in the worst case, it's possible to use some external service).

We've already switched to the highest premium plan and spent some time talking to the forumotion support trying to solve the issues with attachmens, unfortunately no luck so far and at this stage it doesn't make much sense to try to migrate elsewhere...
