Is there a way to increase the duration of surgeries?

I was wondering if it was possible to make surgeries take longer to complete. You can change the duration of certain treatments in the xml files but it doesn't seem like you can change the duration of surgeries. Or is it possible?

Hi, the duration depends on both the surgery script (number and types of actions the characters do) and the levels of staff that performs the surgery, this is evaluated in code. There are some hard-coded constants though - if it's really worth it, we can expose these in the future as tweakables.
