Hi, thanks for the report! This looks indeed like a bug (and a pretty bizarre one actually). Looking at the save, it seems to be pretty harmless (the nurse disappears from the list of patients when she finishes delivering medicine), but we're adding some checks to be able to detect it if it happens again and investigate further.
