in DLC - i noticed the cafeteria is staff only - in real life there is hosptials with cafeteria that is open for public and staff - example royal derby has various cafes and two cafeterias - one with all and one for staff (oppsite the public cafeteria) - so maybe this should be public access also add kicthens to enchance the meals for wards (nurse station)

Yeah hospital cafes are used more by hospitalized patients and visitors than staff.

Indeed, I worked in a hospital that had a joint public/staff cafeteria. I haven't purchased the DLC out of concern for bugs (hopefully I can/will) and would love to see it utilized a bit more by both patients/visitors/and staff.

Lol, I just thought of something. What if we could put a "shared" cafe and kitchen in each department. (We get department specific lounges from he hospital DLC) The kitchens could have cooks and dishwashers, and maybe there good or terrible cooks. Would be kinda cool.

This would be a nice way to implement more things into the new administration department (from the DLC). The hospitals I remember had a kitchen and a cafeteria - most on the ground floor near the entrance, where patients and visitors could get a decent meal and the kitchen also made all those meals for the hospitalized persons. It would be nice, if the patients would get food at certain times.

I'd likely refrain from having them in each dept/floor and just utilize one main cafeteria on my lobby level. I'd love to see some sort of expansion of hospital administration i.e. executive(s) and chief of nursing.
