Doctor Mode : Perks and Cost
Mod description : This mod modify how custom character creation works. Custom characters can now have up to 3 positive perks (minimum 1) and up to 2 negative perks (minimum 0). Each positive perks cost 7500$, while negative perks diminish recruitment cost by 5000$. The minimum recruit price is 5000$.
