Doctor mode dlc problem

Hello,

When a patient arrives in the emergency room by ambulance or helicopter, he is automatically assigned to me, what should I do?

The UI may be a bit different as I don't have the Traumatology DLC, but there is a settings button that automatically assigns ambulance patients to you.


If this button is green, the setting is ON and the ambulance patient will be assigned to you.
If this button is white, it's off and there's nothing special about it.


Alternatively, you may have set the doctor assigned to the Trauma center as the doctor you manage on the Doctor Mode settings screen.
In addition, all department management screens, like ambulance management cards, have buttons to take over all patients to you.
