French translation

Hi,
Please note a translation problem on the description of chickenpox. "The disease causes various rash ..." rash is not translated and the right french word is "éruption cutanée".

Another translation problem in the symptoms; there are 2 times dysphagia for paryngitis for example. But "Swallow pain" must be translated as "douleur pour avaler" in order to differentiate them.
