[RESOLVED]TC Leg Cast done in ER Observation Room

Hi there,

I noticed a weird behaviour. When selecting "Leg Cast" for TC patients who came in via ambulance, they will be wheeled to the Observation Room to have their treatment done. I don't understand the rationale, considering that the equipment box is also available at TC.

I tried to see the XML, but it seems to write that treatment can be done at TC, so I don't know why this is happening.
