Hi and thank you for the save file. I have managed to find the bug and fixed it. It will be in our next patch (hopefully tomorrow)
There was missing condition for checking if the Giftshop vendor is not on training. When the patch is live they should leave the hospital.
So to prevent further cases in the meantime is not to send them to training. We are sorry for the inconvenience
