Hi and thank you for the report. I must say that looks really spooky. I tried to reproduce it, but my hospital is probably not haunted:) Can you please upload your save, so I can have a look, why is this happening. And do you have two units next to each other or is that one big unit?

sure. here it is, also included an output log though I've played the game since this occurred. I designed this as one unit. * also, the two vacant surgery beds in the picture are simply stations that I have not completed yet.

Hi and thank you for the save. Even though it was saved with mods, i was able to load it without downloading them and I was unable to reproduce this bug.
So my best guess at this point is that one of the mods, changed the default animations for the procedure.
Can you check the Treatment.xml file that the <GameDBTreatment ID="TRT_MIEP"> has these animations?

Ok now that you mentioned objects it makes more sense:) But the changed animation will not be the one i sent you, but the one one in the object itself.
So can you check the ObjectsTall.xml and <GameDBObject ID="OBJECT_ENT_WORKSTATION">

and it should have these animations

<UseAnimationsStart>
<Animation>stand_ent_use_in</Animation>
</UseAnimationsStart>
<UseAnimations>

<UseAnimationsEnd>

Hi, yes that means that the mod you have downloaded changed the original animations for the object. So you can either disable the mod or change it back for the ones I sent you. But the bottom line is that is not actually bug in the game, and you may also experience other weird things because of that. Have a great day

ok. thanks. I only have a few mods installed and I imagine "more names" by OEUH and alphabetical stencils should not be causing this. So it must be the object mods by Bowelas. Did you give me a negative reputation point for this?

My guess would be the object mode yes:) And no I did not give you any negative reputation, there was no reason to:)
also regarding the

Yes here is a bug on our side, noticed that right away when i posted it. It is fixed now:)
