Here's a SS with ICU blood exam.  I have many patients right now that let me do physical exam over and over without end.

No mods. Base game only.

Hi, thanks for the message! There are a few symptoms that can pop up as complications after surgeries, so for patients that had a surgery (like in your screenshot) some examinations get re-enabled so it's possible to catch these usually dangerous symptoms.
