[QUESTION] Janitors not showing on their shifts

I think I have this bug where the janitors are either not showing up on their shifts, or show up very, very late (half way into the shift). They don't have the Long Commute or Alcoholic traits, so that shouldn't be the issue. Have any idea why?

Hi, thanks for the message and the save!
Janitors, unlike other employees, go home as soon as their work is done and only come back when something gets dirty enough to be cleaned. Looking at the hospital, everything looks clean, so this looks like the normal behavior. Also, you'll be probably only seeing this in the early game, as the hospital grows, janitors tend to become very very busy.
