[RESOLVED]People are displayed on the wrong floor

Hi Team,

since the latest update, people (caretakers, patients, nurses) are sometimes displayed on the wrong floor, which means that the patients can no longer be treated, the caretakers no longer clean, the nurses start in the middle of a room with the patient.
I found out that the persons belong to the ground floor, but then they are displayed on the first floor and therefore stuck.
Furthermore, sometimes a patient is standing around in the room, the status is constantly changing, and he also can no longer be treated. The only possibility that the patient moves out of the doctor's room is to send him home. Admission to a ward or change of department has no effect.
In addition, despite dedicated OR staff and free OR, no operations will be performed, so patients go home.
At the pharmacy, a message appears that it is too small, and no more patients come to buy medication at all.

Hi and thank you for your report and save. I took a look at it and found out that you have both elevators blocked by wall and not accessible. You can check that is management mode. There also should be pop up alerting you of such an issue. Let me know if that helped. Have a great day

It was true - both elevators were blocked by walls and now everything is working fine again

There was no pop up shown, but now the problem is solved.

Hi I am glad that the problem is gone:) You can also check if you don't have that popup disabled by any chance in options. Have a great day
