Specific Department Clinics

Yesterday I was trying to play the game as a specialized doctor. I wanted to play as a cardio doctor and use the hospital as a clinic only for cadio patients.
The problem: it seems I have to build an emergency, with all those structures.

Why dont you allow us to try to build just a clinic of an specific department with structures only for the department patients?

Example: I want to play as a senior doctor with my small crew in a Cardio Clinic.
I have a reception to all my scheduled patients, I can receive them, help them, send to surgery, put them to rest, hospitalize the, treat them in long-term ways...

So... I will not need the whole hospital.
