Shared Cleaners

I Really like the mechanic to an administrator to say cleaners what room clean eachone, but I would like concentrate all cleaners in administration department that would be more realistic but in that case I can not says one cleaner to clean an waiting room of Surgery ... i think is better that they can clean all the hospital without importance what department is a room.
