Shared wards

It seems quite silly that, for my Orthpaedy hospitalisation to work, I need a new ward and HDU. I have spare beds in general surgery, yet they're magically unable to be treated when in those beds because it's the wrong department. I'm sure you've heard this before in some form, but this is the single most annoying thing about the game. These wards (especially HDUs) take up a lot of room and are expensive!

I concur on this one.
The hospital I work in is a relatively small one, and we keep all post-op patients on the same ward.
It would be nice to have that possibility in-game
