[QUESTION] Nurse role restrictions override during collapse?

Wondering if this does take place in the game or if it's a bug. Noticed a surgery nurse (that's the only assigned role she has) was responding to a collapse patient with a stretcher. Is this a bug or programmed into the game mechs?
