Typing patient notes

Is it possible to type out your own notes etc. for the patients? Thanks in advance

hmm. interesting. though what would you note? This would be an interesting feature for any kind of PH 2.0 version where we have access to more vitals, a different patient interface the portrays a perpetual patient state where their condition can fluctuate over time e.g. BP, body temp, O2 saturation ect.
