[NEED MORE INFO] Ambulances randomly appeared inside the hospital after some minutes

Hi, I would like to report the following bug.

When I load the save everything works fine (DLC with doctor mode). After 5-10 minutes ambulances appear randomly inside the hospital. Suddenly the fps goes down and it's impossible keeping playing.

When I quit the game, relaunch and load the save the problem seems to be disappeared. After some minutes of play the ambulances reappear, but in a different position.
