Please Update Traumatology to allow for multiple issue surgeries!!!

it's impossible to key these 3-4 procedure patients alive long enough to go through successive surgeries while collapsing! Please take a look at this. It goes beyond simply treating them fast enough; the collapses are too frequent even with mods and the ability to address only 1 issue at a time in surgery is crippling!
