New Roles

Would it be possible to add new job roles and set permissions to go with that role?

For example, I allow my interns to attend emergency care but I deny them diagnosis and surgical tasks so that my hospital runs smooth without inappropriate diagnosis.

Would this be possible for nursing staff? e.g.

Adding;

Health Care Support Workers (Attend meal times, transport).
Porters (transport).
Receptionist (in its own right, instead of being a fully qualified nurse).

Or at least to change to job role? I would like to change janitor to housekeeper or domestic.
