[OPEN LOW] Lab staff ignores allowed roles

Description
Lab staff appear to ignore which allowed roles they are set to.  Lab staff which are set to "Hospitalized Patients" only don't ever gather samples or do any testing, meanwhile lab staff set to "Clinic Patients" only attend to both clinic patients and hospitalized patients.

Repro
Order a lab test to be done on a hospitalized patient (doesn't seem to matter what the test is).  Wait for the sample to be taken, and then watch who comes to get it.  The tech that comes for it will have their allowed roles configured to only allow them to deal with clinic patients and not hospitalized patients.  Watch the techs set to hospitalized only and they will never gather samples.

Other notes
In the attached hospital, all labs on the first floor are set to only clinic patients.  All labs on the second floor are set to hospitalized patients only.

Hi, thanks for the report and sorry for the late reply. You're right, the clinic/hospitalized roles were introduced for technologists at radiology and specialized units, so technically they should be named something like:
- Lab tests/Clinic patients
- Hospitalized patients

We'll need to discuss this with the designers, but it would make sense to at least split the lab tests into an individual role so it's not confusing.

No problem, figured with the update coming out y'all were just busy. More than anything the issue is that if you have lab staff set to "Hospitalized Patients" only they never do anything at all. It effectively just disables them. And that also means that all labs must have a waiting room because they must all either be open to clinic patients or disabled.
