Abandoned Stretchers (In use) All over!! Please Help!

I've got stretchers that have been abandoned at the point of loading and in my laboratory waiting room area that have been "left" but are not deletable. I do have some mods installed but am wondering if it might be the game? Please help.

My best guess would be some incompatibility between the "Realistic collapses" and "Realistic diagnoses" mods, as both modify the medical database. In general, situations like this can happen when something tries to access missing or unexpected data in a diagnosis or an examination, causing an error linked to a specific patient and sometimes getting them or matching equipment to get stuck. Over the years we made the game quite robust when it comes to handling a lot of similar cases (and fixed a few issues causing similar situations in the medical database in the base game), but there will always be ways to break the game with new data.

To be able to confirm this, the best info would be in a log file from a game session when another stretcher in front of the lab gets stuck, but I understand that could be pretty hard to catch.

A couple questions for now:
- Would it be possible for you to continue with only one of the two mods and see if the issue stops?
- Am I correct that this hasn't happened to you in other saves with no or different mods installed?

Btw, we could get in touch with the modders, they might be interested in testing this combination too.

Hello Jan, just to note, I was experiencing this before I added in the realistic diagnoses mod (I just added that one) and was wondering all along if this bug had to do with the collapses mod since I've had that one in place the whole time while the issue was occurring. Also, the stretchers near the labs are all located near where collapses have taken place with some regularity. Thanks for the help, if anyone on the modding side is interested that would be nice. Otherwise, I guess this hospital is toast lol.
