Carrer-mode or own doc

Dont know where to post and didnt found something like that (sooooo many topics )

To create a own doc or other members to "build" them up like u want would be nice. Sure no janitor oder security guy or something - I mean the Docs.
Do u plan something like that?

I'm not sure I follow what you exactly want, you mean physique wise, stats wise ?
Also this is a bit of a weird place to post about this if it was meant as new feature suggestion.

At the moment you can rename a doctor to personalize him/her that way.

I think the topic title gives some insight into what OP is asking. Career mode.

I saw this somewhere else as well, and think it could be a brilliant game mode. Play as one doctor in a hospital that has already been built, much like warden mode in Prison Architect
