Radiology suggestion

Hey, love the game! I'm a real physician (radiology resident) and I was wondering why technicians run the radiology department? To make it more realistic, it may be good to have technicians run the actual equipment but have a physician (radiologist) oversee them (perhaps you can use a similar mechanism such as the chief supervisor) and also require an office to interpret studies (aka 'reading room').

Would also allow a chief doctor to be assigned to radiology.

Just tried to make your suggestion into a mod. I managed to make an "radiology office" wich requires a doctor, but I was not able to hire any doctors for the radiology deparment and sadly I see no parameters which could change that.
Seems like I'm stuck at the moment...

I am a radiologic Technologist in real life.
We do always work with radiologists on CT , MRI , Interventional Radiology or Angiography.
Hope to see this feature added to this game.

A very good suggestion! It is currently an ineffective way of working to allocate one employee per room. Either he sits around uselessly for a long time or, if there is a lot of work, he is quickly overworked and cannot be replaced by a colleague.
