[QUESTION] Janitor abandons trolley

Janitors appear to just abandon their trolley once they have moved it a couple of times. Would it not be best to retain it with them during their shift?!

Hello, bucket cart is optional equipment for the janitors - it makes the janitor more effective. Every janitor with bucket cart will make sure, that it is "parked" on the right place when his shift is over. Janitor use mop durinng cleaning process, not the cart. The cart is "abandoned" by design.
