[QUESTION/NEED MORE INFO] Janitor staff won't go to work (at home showed)

Janitor staff won't go to work (at home showed)
Disband can't solve this matter

Repro steps:
I have move my Janitor staff to another dept and some of them (for example from the medical imaging dept to emergency dept) are still have no supervisor
I suspect the switch day/night and change dept issue cause these bug
and I don't understand why Janitor from different dept have different employ list
sometimes I see them sweeping at the corner and it's funny
I can't play because of the low prestige

while you await a developer response, I do recall something in the form of: "if they don't have something to clean, they go home, and then return when they do, since the area they are assigned is a closet." Not sure if this is true though.

I understand but I have the big area and they always keep 1.5, 1 or less star (the others which on duty already)
Therefore I am afraid this is not correct(unless there are many bugs occurred at the same time)

unlikely to be a bug (doesn't mean it isn't) perhaps you don't have enough staff? I run a growing hospital with several large areas and routinely finish with five stars across all active depts.

Hi, we're having some issues with attachments here on the forum, would you mind reuploading the save via for example google drive or other file sharing service?

The problem with supervisors after switching is likely a bug, we'll have a look.
Regarding prestige, it's probably the best idea to check prestige tooltips in management mode for individual departments and look for the different reasons (for high prestige the satisfaction of staff and patients should be showing a +).

Hi, after a quick look at the save:
- All janitors at emergency have a supervisor, janitors at radiology don't, but that's normal, they also don't get the 'unattended' negative modifier at this department
- Prestige seems to float around 3 stars and can be further improved by the usual options like checking for staff with negative perks, making sure staff aren't overloaded or adding a common room on 3rd floor so laboratory staff can have a proper lunch

Btw - was there a specific place where we could catch the janitor sweeping in a corner?
