Unexplained mini-second freezes Empty Unexplained mini-second freezes

I am running a hospital around 70 staff and 52 patients and I have unexplained mini-second freezes that happen every few seconds.
GPU is 1070 ti, cpu is i7 8700 so my specs are not the problem at all.

Anyone encountering them?

Isn't this at the whole in game hour. This is the moment that the game does an auto save. You can turn this off
