Hi, well, not exactly - it's mostly janitor carts and stretchers that you'll see moving around all the time, but equipment in the rooms stays at its designated place - for example during surgeries there's a lot of rules where everybody stands or goes, so moving the equipment would make it all really complicated.

Hope the surgery went well for our little virtual friend! Screenshot looks great as usual, I'm really pleased to see multiple staff involved in the surgeries!

Will you have to hire/train anaesthetists, surgeons and surgical technicians (medical people feel free to laugh at me if those titles are horrible incorrect ) separately when you're staffing operating theatres or do you hire a team of 'surgeons' and they automatically fulfil the required roles in the theatre? Also can you assemble your own surgical teams that will always work together out of assigned theatres?

Really cannot wait to play this, I've always said a realistic medical setting has so much scope for interesting management gameplay and this game looks like it is set to deliver!

The only thing it’s missing is the medical student that breaks the sterile field and the scrub nurse that gets pissed off and shouts at him haha

Haha, yeah. I had a fellow student who accidently tripped over the sterile equipment just before a procedure (not surgery). She wasn't too popular and basically hid from the doctor the rest of her time left at the department.

And the anaesthetist playing with his smartphone during the surgery.

I thing this will be my favorite Section

quick one/ would this be the only surgery scene in the hospital for all surgeries? cause from the beta there's only this.

Hi, in the beta/preview build there's actually two different setups (one with 5 and one with 4 staff members), and there will be more surgeries in the full game, especially some limb/joint surgeries or head surgery, with some differences in staff positions, instruments used and operating table graphics.
