[OPEN] strechers going missing

Hi, I reported this bug of the steam community channel and as you requested I post it here also. Here is the original post:

But now i believe I figure what is wrong. When the stretcher is being used and the janitor put his cleaning cart at the same place the stretcher should be then it suddenly disappear.

Hi, thanks for reporting this! We've discussed some options how to fix this (reservation of the place or modifying janitor's behavior), keeping open.

I catch this case and it is related to stretcher and janitor.

Description
Stretcher disappears when its place is blocked by janitor's bucket cart (and maybe other objects).

Repro steps
Use attached save game to reproduce. Here is short timeline how it happens.

1. after loading game pause it
   
2. you should see second floor, the general surgery operating room, the stretcher was located in left upper corner
   
3. 21:02 - nurse Elizabeth Gonzales is just leaving operation room with patient on stretcher from this room
   
4. 21:08 - janitor Barbara Lopez comes to general surgery operation room, but is not blocking the position of stretcher
   
5. 21:16 - janitor Daniel White comes to general surgery operation room and blocks the position of stretcher
   
6. 21:20 - nurse Elizabeth Gonzales delivers patient to bed and starts returning stretcher
   
7. 21:35 - nurse Elizabeth Gonzales is returning with stretcher, its position is blocked and ... stretcher disappears
