Hi, thanks for the report!
These are patients that have been asked to produce a urine or stool sample, so they need to have access to a toilet on the same floor as the doctor's office. Smile
As we've got multiple reports about this, we'll be switching the system to use any toilet in the building instead, even though it might cost a lot of extra time for the patients to get there and back again.
