Suggestions and hope for removing the limits, like doctors, lands and floors.

I love this game so much because my grandparents are doctors. I can help my passion and get here, I want to talk about some of my suggestion,from a player perspective.
1. It will be better if there are no limits for buying new land and new floors, the limits of the doctors' number also, I strongly recommand that cancel the limits of doctors and map size which makes building a high powerful functional general hospital possible. At least it should be an optional setting for players to control according to their own situation. For now the hospital will be lack of manpower if you want to build them larger and more functional.
2.The logic of cleaners has some problem, it will be better if they go straight to those drit and clean them instead of clean the whole area.
3.The existence of the limits makes it seen that fine for now but the game performance is not that good. By the way, ZOOM IN and OUT are not that soomth.
4.More department please, DLC please.
5.Some function room can be shared like operationg rooms and laboratories by each department and it will be closer to reality and good for our organizing the hospital function. I suggest concentrating all test items in the same department like the department of imaging medicine, so as to effectively avoid the frequent department transfer for doing tests and improve efficiency.
6.Priority setting needed. Some of them can wait and some of them can not, otherwise those acute patients will easilly die when they are waiting for doctors and rooms. So why not hire more doctoers? back to 1.
7.Currently, the number of patients is relatively fixed and the arrival time is concentrated in the morning. It would be more interesting and realistic if the number of patients per day changed, sometimes more and sometimes less, not just the fixed amount of insurance required. As one of the reply said, it will be more flexible if it is relative to prestige.
8.The schedule is not reasonable, and we can't control the schedule by hand, so the hospital still have to undertake major operations and various laboratory tests in case of shortage of hands at night, which is not that reasonable. Advise on schedule management and what to allow to be done at any time of the day, such as stable conservative treatment at night, and other operations after all departments work during the day.
9.Interdepartmental interaction mechanisms are not available, such as surgery. It is recommended that all surgeons except the primary surgeon who have nothing to do to provide interdepartmental support, which may improve efficiency because 6 members in the surgeon group will be too difficult to gather when you have more than one operation to do.
10.Treatment that can be only used in specific department can not be uesd in ICU(it shows 'without necessary enquiqtment' but I certainly sure my ICU has everything), but the ICU patients can not transfer to another department as they are being treated, so the patients are forced to leave. My god, some pills are so difficult to bring to ICU? It is not reasonable.
Hope this game can be better and better from now on, I think this kind of game can have dozens of DLC, I like to buy it if you needs supports and thank you for your wonderful game.

I'm pretty sure that the current limits are there for performance purposes.

But the limits are too low, or at least it will be better if they make it an option like building free.

At 1) You can adjust the number of patients employees (and all kind of other things) see the guide section of the game at steam.
At 7) I agree, but I love to see that prestige plays a role in it. For example with 75 % (or 80%) prestige you get the numbers we have now. With each % point more or less you get an x % more or less patients. Making prestige even more important. Would also love to see that %non-treated patients have a greater role in prestige.

The limit of 200 employees can not even fullfill the demand of the games' own large hospital, and the lack of manpower will cause dozens of troubles because of the design of the game itself. If the limits still be there, it will be very difficult to build a large general hospital.
And then your opnion is similar to mine, maybe we can also do some advertising to attrach patients, but the system of prestige I think it's also confusing, it's too volatile and difficult to control in the version for now.

Made a mistake in former post, ment to say you can already adjust the number of employees. The current number is just to let the game run on low-end systems.
I don't agree that the curent system of prestige is confusing or dificult to controll. In my opnion its even to easy to controll. As from day 2 I have between 89-100% prestige. Mostly 95-96%.

Ah, I did not mean to say that the prestige system has something wrong with it, all the problem about that is because, again, the limits and something outside the presitge itself.
For example, the cleaners' efficiency will quickly drop when your hospital become larger. Their logic of cleaning is to clean the whole section with dirts even those places have not been obviously polluted, instead of go straight to the dirty place and clean them up. So when your build your hospital large and the floor will be pollute very fast and makes our patients unhappy, reduce the prestige. A way to handle this is to hire more cleaners but there are the limits stop you from hiring more employees. And so on. Perhaps those situation only happen in the large hospital? I am not so sure.
And maybe you mean next update will unlock the limits of doctors? For now it looks like the game haven't show the option yet?
