[QUESTION] Challenge Mission 1 - too many patients?

In the screenshot below on Challenge Mission 1, see how there are 74 patients treated, 2 untreated, but it should only be 70 I think?

you often get more when your rating is so high. you have 5 stars so you wil def get more patients than 70

Hi, thanks for checking this, here's some details about how the numbers work:
The green/red numbers get increased when a patient leaves the hospital either treated or not, so you can get first few in the morning when some hospitalized patients get released. So it takes in account also patients from the previous day, while the white number simply shows the number of patients the insurance companies are sending.
Hope this makes sense!

On challenge mission 1 you don't get any hospitalised patients though, so shouldn't these number therefore match?
