[QUESTION] No new patients from Day 2 onwards

Started 6 or 7 blank campaigns on large field.  first day runs fine - 10-12 patients. Second day onwards no patients enter the building at all. Street is full of passer bys as usual.
I have included latest test game which has done the same thing.

Have checked integrity of all files and removed any mods.

Now game is unplayable

Hi, thanks for the message and welcome to the forum! Looking at the save, it looks like you don't have any insurance companies contracted - the first two are available at this point and should get you to 20 patients per day. Let us know if this helped!
