[RESOLVED NOT A BUG] Blurry text on windows 10

I have a problem on Windows 10 64bit. The UI (text) is blurry and the game graphics are also a little bit blurry. In fullscreen and windowed mode. Resolution is 1920x1080. The native monitor resolution is also 1920x1080. Its a very normal monitor. Never had this problems before. All the 3D options in the Nvidia drivers seems to has no effect to the blurry.

I´ve tested the beta version but there is no difference.

The interesting thing is, that i´ve made some screenshots to show up the blurry in this post, but all the screenshots i´ve made in fullscreen looks clean and crisp. At least the text.
But the text in the game doesn´t.

Edit: I think i´ve found the problem that makes the text blurry. After putting the FXAA option in the Nvidia settings to "off", the text ingame gets much sharper now.
