Believe me, this is incredibly realistic lol but a good way to solve this is by painting the ground using the 'staff only' zoning tool at the door so patients do not take that route into account.

And this door is just a cosmetic, it doesn't really prevent access. To do that you have to use zoning functionality.

Hi, yes as mentioned above. Doors are just decorative and do not have blocking function. You need to use the access restrictions. You can find them in the management mode at the bottom. Have a great day.
