[RESOLVED NOT A BUG] No care for TC patients & will not auto-assign daytime shift dr

Description

TC patients will recieve no treatment. the 2 doctors & 3 nurses will stay idle during the day time. When this switches to night shift, the doctors and nurses will treat the patients.  
If the patient comes in during night time, it will not auto-assign daytime staff - as if there are no doctors or nurses to assist.

This shows patient Susan Garcia in TC (only patient) - who arrives during night shift. Her doctor is still assigned as a night time doctor. If manually changing this to a day time doctor it still will not allow her to be treated.

The only way to fix this is to hire a new doctor and manually assign them to the patient.
I also tried switching the doctors fro day time to night time and back again, but this also did not fix the issue.

Hello! thanks for your report!
Actually this is not a bug.
Just try to look at your doctors and nurses roles - docs have not allowed Surgery/Trauma - you need to toggle it and then docs will be able to diagnose and treat the patients.

This campaign has name - it is "Inefficient" - many things in this campaign level is inefficient - personel, rooms, corridor - you have to manage the clinic (departments, rooms, personel) to be efficient.
