Staff Only Door Entrance

How about a door that only permits doctors and staff entry only or a door that allows you to choose who is allowed to use it like staff, doctors, male, female etc.

If you use the door that has the restricted sign on it, it should do that! That's the doors with the red circle with the white line in the middle. I've always had it work, but if it's not working for you you can also put a red corridor on either side of it, and that will definitely restrict it. I usually end up putting one of these as the "ambulance entrance" essentially in front of the ambo landing spot. I have trauma bays then right inside the door on either side, and put just a small 4x4 corridor that I then mark red for staff only.
