Unlimited controll over patients

As someone with medical background, i really enjoy taking full controll over diagnosis and treatment of all my patients. As you all know it's not possible to take controll over more than 12 patients at the same time...

I actually limit myself to small hospitals with one or two departments beside ER and 20 - 30 patients per day. Playing with bigger hospitals I'm loosing controll because of this limitation.

Is it possible to disable this limit?

If not - could someone imagine creating a small mod as soon as the workshop will be implemented?

Just noticed it was mentioned in the roadmap to come (soon)

I was not sure if they mentioned exactly what I descriped, but I'm looking forward to it

I would love this combined with an option to make all patients controlled by default.
