Once you get to the 4th floor, you are still able to choose the "Add new floor" option, and then build walls on the "5th floor" even though there's no way to actually get to that floor.

Hi, the 5th floor serve as a roof and even though there is no "access" (our AI will not use it) you can still decorate it as you like:) Have a great day
